The clothes may not be the best quailty but it's affordable, but I do expect the customer service to be top knotch quality! I've gone to 2 locations and neither store was professional or kind! I went to store 00486 and operator 3016TB; she didn't seem to be in the best space that day which explains her "I hate this job and the people that come in this aweful place" look, not too mention the sensor she left on my outfit. When I went home to hangup my garment I realized it and a day or two later I took it back to 1538 Hudson Bridge; there the young lady was eating popcorn at the front desk (is there no breakroom) and proceeded to use her greasy hands to take off the sensor; she too had an attitude. I'm not sure why, I wasn't upset about the sensor; I even spoke when I walked up to the counter. She didn't say "I'm sorry this happened", "thank you and have a great day...etc". Even the manager was nonchalant and said nothing. Is part of the training to have an attitude with customers? Maybe someone from Chick fil a can train them on customer service?
