An employee ran after me from behind the counter, after I made a statement about the higher price and less inflatables. I wanted to know her name after she told me how they had new renovations, and I could look around to see, and if I wasnt happy then she didnt know what to tell me. Who talks to customers like that? When I said I was going to make an complaint she runs from behind the counter in a very aggressive manner, which I hope that they pull the tapes. I suggest we step outside to talk, and the head manager never intervened. The employee tried to justify her actions by saying I was mad. I stated if was not happy with the rides but still respectful to you, why would she think she could not give good customer service/ professionalism! The head manager attitude was smug as well saying well what do you want me to do know, I will talk to her later. I am disgusted that people like this would be hired to deal with the public. Obviously they think they talk to certain people in that manner, and be able to get away with it! Tabitha was the manager, and becky was the aggressive employee.
