This complaint is against thomas donohue practicing in savanah and hinesville georgia.
He is part of the center for hyperbarics and wound care at candler hospital.
On july 23, 2018 eventhough he was not my regular doctor, he decided to do a surgical dbridment of my left foot. Including the removal of muscle and bone.
His aim was to make the would serious enough that it would require hyperbarics.
He did this procedure knowing fully that 1. I was taking blood thinners, 2. I have congestive heart failure, my hgb was low. He gave me no anesthetic and did not inform me of his decision to do the procedure.
The results were that I almost beld to death, and needed to be hospitalized with an hgb of 6, required three transfusion and had my leg amputated below the knee.
Donohue should no longer be a licensed physician and should be barred from practicing any for m of surgery.
