Ulta Beauty

I visited Ulta Salon (The Forum Peachtree Parkway) on Saturday, October 3, and had an appointment with Dee for a silk press that was scheduled for 4:15pm. I received a call asking me to come in at 5:00pm and I said that was fine. I got to the salon at ten til 5 and waited until almost 5:30pm for her to start. She washed my hair and then blew it out and it wasn't close to being straight. She then trimmed my ends removing 1.5 to 2 inches (which she charged me $55) for and proceeded to "silk" press my hair. When I left my hair was fluffy, not remotely straight. It literally did not even look like I went to the salon especially considering the $68 for silk press and the $55 trim for a total of $123 and I walked out at almost 7:30 looking like I had not even gotten my hair done. I was so disappointed. Ulta used to be my go to place for my silk presses never again.
