Worst sales rep ever. Don't let Mr. Searles sell you anything. Originally this company came highly recommended but they have done nothing but disappoint. From erratic equipment performance to expensive TRIP charges to fix their failed equipment. But the worst was the sales rep: Every-time you ask him about the latest in upgrades to keep your system up to date (like remote app access, Z-wave integration) he is clueless. After researching the info myself I was forced (tried to use an inside sales person... they have none)... had to call clueless Mike. He didn't even bother to listen to what I was asking before ranting and yelling that he was "tired of dealing with me" and hung up. GREAT customer service. So I was wanting a better company and this was the final straw. I wouldn't let Ackerman guard my birdhouse (and I don't even have a bird).
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Their customer service department is not empowered to do anything to help customers, except send an e-mail to a supervisor to call you in a day or two. Do your self a favor and find a more reputable company.
