Hello, firstly I must say that I have really enjoyed all aspects of Dave and Busters overall, I frequent the establishment quite often along with take out orders to the point where some workers know my face, but this particular day after getting off work and calling in my order I must say I was pissed along with disappointment.
95% of the time I order the salmon meal because I truly enjoy it, but on 3/29/22 when I placed my $19.22 order over the phone why didn't the order taker explain that they did not have the regular take out trays my food always come in, after arriving she handed my food, I instantly told her she must have given me the wrong order, (weight of bag was super light), she then responds "no mamm it's yours and I'm sorry we ran out of trays" Since I had alrdy paid b4 hand I sucked it up and walked out pissed! GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!
Desired outcome: A FULL MEAL!!!
