Sherwin-Williams

The manager was given a temporary contractor rates number and she would not honor it. She misbehaved with us as a new contractor. We went to this store as Roswell road store (great manager in that store by the name of Caeser Romero) didn't have the particular product in the sheen we wanted. She treated us like we were stealing identity and what not. She would not give us back our customer id number saying this is not how I run this store. Extremely rude and unprofessional. No human derserves to deal with desperately frustrated soul as hers! We all live under our own pressures and stresses but we cannot simply carry those to work and deal with customers in this fashion. Unacceptable!
