I purchased a sofa from your lithonia, ga store november 29, 2017. I came home one afternoon after work I noticed there was a tear in the sofa. I took a picture and video of the sofa. I submitted it to the extended warranty department. No one offered to come out and check on the sofa. The inquiry was denied. I called and requested to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. I called back and requested to speak to a supervisor and have yet to be contacted. The rest of the sofa is just like new, no wear or tear at all.

I had a WONDERFUL buying experience with American SIgnature in Lithonia, Georgia. I was more than a little apprehensive after reading all of the comments in the Complaints Board, and I almost didn't make this purhcase because of the comments. I vowed that whatever my experience turned out to be, I would leave a comment here.
I couldn't be more pleased with the bedroom set. We had 2 delivery dates, because the chest of drawers was out of stock. The dates that the furniture was promised were the actual delivery dates, and we had no surprises. The furniture arrived in excellent condition. The delivery men were quick, efficient, and used appropriate caution in moving each piece into place. I would recommend American Signature to anyone that is considering a furniture purchase.
