Red Roof Inn

Its really racist, roaches everywhere, mold and mildew in some tubs and in some of the a/c units, my child had gotten sick, they didnt care about our situation as far as trying to move rooms and all in all they gotten mad because of our complaint and began exposing confidential information to other guests, terrible customer service. You're supposed to make ur guests feel at home, I felt like it was all because of my daughter shes only 2, im sorry she had gotten sick but i complained about the mold and mildew, it was highly unprofessional ive also contacted the BBB, this by far is the worst hotel to ever go to, they didn't change the sheets we had hair and stains over our sheets its ridiculous the list can go on and on but, The lady on front desk name is christy and the manager there is bonnie please do something about this i beg of you, God Bless
