Holiday Inn

In March I stay at holiday inn while looking for another apt. While I was staying there my clothes were stolen out of laundry facility, my laptop disappeared out if my room, I was asked to leave after 10 days claiming I was smoking, I was then charged a smoking fee, and charged for room twice on 2 different dates. Contacted front desk about clothes and was told Margaret the mngr. Would get back to me. Filed police report on laptop. Mngr. Never contacted me so I emailed IHG guest relations in March. In May I was told by guest relations that hotel did have my clothes but no longer do and that I was going to get smoking fee reimbursed. I emailed back asking what about clothes, being double charged forv2 days and questioned the employees because my laptop was gone. No reply.
