I returned a rental car that I was utilizing from lyft to work upon return I was to be giving my deposit back. I had been a part of the rental program for about 4 years so the card I used to pay the deposit I no longer have and the account it was attached to is closed and I don't even remember what bank to even call but whatever bank it is the account is closed and the deposit should have been returned back to lyft. I have tried to contact them several times and let them know I will not get the deposit back because whatever account used at the time is closed and I asked for another solution, however lyft has chosen to ignore me and refuse to find an alternative for me to get my deposit back, it will be almost a month I have been trying to get someone to actually help now if it was me who owed them they would make sure they got their money so why the same can't apply.
Desired outcome: I would like my deposit back which could be issued by check which is what most companies do when the original payment method is no longer a option
