Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank)

I need help! Im unsure of who to turn to. I am a single mother trying to raise a child alone. Actually, im doing it all alone. But until I recently lost my employment due to a massive fire, I had it all going for me financially. Or atleast I thought.. Come to find out, Bb&t has been taking advantage of me to the point that Im about to give up. Im talking over $1, 000s right now. Ive been refunded about $450 so far (supposedly), but they are scamming me worse than the merchants at fault..im lost and struggling cause I have no clue who to trust or turn to for advice.
