When we signed in, we were told there is a 20 minute wait at the Cumming Ga location.

Over an hour later we were told that they had to seat the call ahead customers first.

Then DO NOT tell me you're going to seat me in 20 minutes if you're really going to put me at the bottom of the list every time someone calls ahead for over an hour.
