during the holidays I purchased a sweater for my daughter which costs 98.00 along with a 50% discount coupon. The sales team woud not honor the discount when I exchanged for a sweater that was $10 less in cost and charged me full price! I am outraged! I shop there often and spend a lot of money. I may never shop there again until this is resolved. Please resolve or lose a great customer!
I will also send out a blast on social media if not resolved to my satisfaction!
