On 10/21/2020 I placed an online order for items the website stated were in my store's inventory. On 10/26/2020 I called the local store and was told it would be ready that day. On 10/27/2020 I followed up and was informed two (2) of the ordered items were not available. So I went back to the website for my local store which stated all my items were in stock with the lowest number of inventory for any item was 20!
Order number [protected] for Lowe's of North Columbus, GA.
I placed the order in preparation for a weekend project with grandchildren and purposely sought items that were available in store. WHAT IS GOING ON?
