Hi, I travel a lot and go to Panera Bread often on business trips. However, I've noticed since last year I've not received any points when the customer service either asked me for my phone number [protected] or/and I enter it. I'm very disappointed and really like to know what happened to receiving rewards for my visits. Thank you for checking into this.
Desired outcome: Since I don't have any receipts from my past visits, I'd like to ensure the future visits with the possibly of some rewards added .
