Two most recent trips were:

Asked to wait 7 minutes for them to cook boneless wings. I said sure. I get my food, eat one fry and it's good. Drive home. Get home and my fries are barely cooked, still white and soggy. Wrote complaint on their complaints website and asked for follow up - never heard a word from them. (2972 Highway 247 Connector, Byron, GA, 31008)

Went to another, nearby (2931 Watson Blvd, Warner Robins, GA, 31093) And got more completely raw fries. (pic attached) Waited 15 minutes. Wanted to "Go Big" but the girl didn't understand so I said large fries and large drink. I get to the window and she tells me I have a regular fry. No I want large. She changes it. Come to find out they added another fry with the meal, then upgraded it to large. So I paid for additional fries I never wanted. Then they gave me no fork, no napkins, no sauce. Then the door was locked. I had to ask someone at the window to get the girl's attention. Got my Ranch sauces. Got home and the fries are raw, white, soggy. And my meal had exactly 15 french fries, which makes me think they took fries out of my meal and put them into the additional fries box to make it a large. Complained again on their site - asked for follow up. Never heard from them.
