Cox Communications - cox helped st vincent de paul drug traffickers murder an innocent man

This whole ugly story began because one of the black drug traffickers for St. Vincent De Paul was arrested for dealing drugs on the property of Village Place apartments. June 28, 2013 a black woman named Lorraine Prenters of Village Place apartments 32 17th Street apt 320 San Diego Ca 92101 was arrested on the property for dealing drugs. She was not evicted even though the director of housing Gervon Flannagan and property manager Erica Jardine both had knowledge of the arrest.. Prenter's thought an innocent resident was repsonsible for the arrest and attacked them with a chain in front of videocameras. The police were informed and after reviewing the tape Prenter's was issued a citation. A few days later Prenter's went to the victim's unit to harass and threaten them when she was confronted by a relative. A week later Gervon Flannagan and property manager Erica Jardine gave the victim an eviction notice. The case was taken to Superior court at the Hall of Justice (Not) on Broadway in San Diego in front of Judge Jon Meyers. Father Joe Carroll's attorney Rebecca J Fortune of Kimball, Tirey & St John requested Judge Jon Meyers because he always handles St Vincent De Paul evictions. Rebecca J Fotune also denied a jury trial requested by the victim's attorney Julie Lewin of LegalAid. The case was dismissed with stipulations. A few weeks after the trial, Prenter's approched the victim to make verbal threats of bodily harm and terrorist threats. Both the victim and resident Samuel Hollman of unit 322 reported the threates to law enforcement via email. Also reported to the FBI was the fact that Prenter's was allowed to deal drugs on the property and not be evicted. Also reported to the FBI were the names of blacks involved in drug trafficking who were coming to Samuel Hollman's door with bags of crack and meth are Regina White of unit 212, Sabrina of unit 201, Veronica of unit 302, Willie Meadows of unit 321 and others. Samuel Hollman was murdered and his body was found in the desert April of 2014. CEO Sister Tricia Cruz of St. Vincent De Paul under Father Joe Carroll was asked to resign because of embezzlement. I have attached a copy of the subpoena sent to Google by attorney Rebecca J Fortune. Please email me for proof of the case and details. I realized I cannot attached the document.
