BioLife Plasma Services - Needle insertion

Okay so I have never written a complaint in my life before this one. I really did not want to but I feel like this is for the better health and safety of not only mine but other's as well. This is my second time donating, the first time there were no problems other than it was lengthy. I know the problems that can happen with selling plasma. I've read about all of them and I completely understand.
I came in a unusually slow Sunday at 12:30pm. Everything was fine normal like last time until I had to get poked. I'll admit I'm not a fan of getting needles poked in me but I enjoy getting the extra money and it comes in handy with the bills. The lady that was "assigned" to me was very nice, I believe her name was Jasmine, and did what was supposed to be done but she ended up causing a hematoma in my left arm. Which I also undertsand because my veins are small (I've been told). So onto the right arm she also almost caused a hematoma in but then she had another lady step in and fix it before it did anything. I was happy the other lady stepped in before both my arms were wrecked. I was happy it was in and over. Another person came in and was seated right next to the right of me. She also made a hematoma in his left arm. And I believe there ended up being a blood clot in the container of his after she poked his right arm. There were some bubbles in the tank and the man that came over there stated "that's not good" . She told the man that that was poked he may taste some iron. Im not sure what it was and if it was bad or anything but I know that it wasn't normal. She did take awhile to take the needle out my arm when I was done but that is expectable. I am now dreading the next time I go back and praying I do not get assigned to her again. I think she may need a review over how to insert a needle. Or maybe she needs to just work in the front poking fingers instead. I am concerned for others and my future self. Thank you for your time and patience.
