Hi

I have been a customer of RUTH CHRIS for decades throughout the United States and Canada. And the vast majority of my dining experiences went well. However, I would be remiss not to mention June 01, 2023, at your 3285 Peachtree Rd NE Atl, Ga 30305. Things did not go well with our entrees. I was there for a business dinner with three colleagues and myself. Two ordered lamp chops and one pork chop were not tender and far from the Ruth Chris standard we were accustomed to. Being a person with many years in the kitchen, I can't help to believe these were not lamb chops but a cut of lamb more consistent with less expensive cuts such as Lamb Shoulder Blade or Lamb Round Bone Shoulder Chops. I assisted the female dining with us in cutting her lamb because it was laborious. We were on a tight schedule that day, and we all agreed not to order another dish but to wrap dinner up and move on to the next item on our business agenda for that evening.

Aside from a disastrous entrée, the waiter Conrad's service and attention to detail were exceptional.
