Family Dollar

I purchased a six pack of dish towels from store 06509 the tag price posted was $3.65 however the register charged me $4.00. I noticed on my receipt. So I went to the back and took a picture of the posted price and returned to the cashier. I told her I was overcharged, she did not have on a name tag, said her manager Berna had to do the refund, she was very rude. The manager gave the refund and refused to give me a refund receipt so I took a picture of it for my records. Return reason on receipt says customer did not want, it should have read wrong price. As I was about to leave the cashier that was working on 5/29/2023 at 20:32:22 with two braids in her hair said to me The Customer, well that was something to see very SARCASTICALLY. As a business owner myself, this is Unacceptable behavior! Especially when I the customer help to pay her paycheck and make this company money. This location is Always unprofessional and ghetto. There are prominent people that live in this area and it is ridiculous to come in this store with workers cursing and acting the fool all the time.
