My 19 year old daughter told a trainer at Crunch in Acworth, GA (the trainer is Budour) that I should be signed up for their Kick Off session. Well without consulting with me and talking to me about it, Budour took it upon herself to sign me up. I got the notification and didn't think anything of it - I would go ahead and attend. Then several days later, I see a charge on my card for $10 for this training. By the way, I haven't attended the Kick Off because someone canceled it and said it would be rescheduled. The issue I have is that Budour signed me up and charged my account without my authorization. She took authorization from a 19 year old, who is not on my Crunch Membership account. I have asked repeatedly for a refund. It's not the amount that I was charged that I have an issue with, it is the principle that I was charged for something that I did not sign up for or give authorization to be signed up for. Budour's manager, Kevin Perez has repeatedly denied my request for a refund.
