Approximately 1 month ago, June 30th. To be exact, I had to return a very large, heavy package at the ups where the manager or owner was there with her son. I asked if I could get assistance with bringing the box in, the young son, who I learned later was 12 y.O. Offered to help me. His mother said no he could not…. I asked why, she said he is 12 y.O. And cannot work…I said he’s not working, he wants to help me…she became arrogant and said no! I could get into trouble if someone reports me.
I am 69 y.O. And felt her customer service skills were beyond lacking in that she would not give me any assistance.
Desired outcome: Whatever you deem appropriate. Customer service re training .
