City Furniture

purchased 1-30-17...touted as a microfiber durable material...but after 2 years the surface covering deteriorated and the leather-like fabric began to flake off in areas that DO NOT even contact the body...furniture was NOT even heavily used by 2 older adults...although I purchased the extended warranty City Furniture will not contact you and will not refund my money even though 2 home visit adjusters said it is a problem that can not be fixed as it will continue to spread like a cancer and the flaking will not stop...I have found another retailer (Babette's) who carries Southern Motion in top grain leather in my color choice, but I need the money refunded from City Furniture in order to pay for the new set. I have had Southern Motion previously in fabric upholstery and had no problems, but to continue with your product I expect better customer service from the retailer, and from you as the vendor, to take responsibility for a defective upholstery.
