Worst customer service ever. I ordered a sectional sofa and realized a week before it was to be delivered that it was not going to fit. I called customer service all week long. Was on hold for over 30 minutes when I decided to use the "call back" method where a customer service rep would call me back. Day after day, no one ever called me back and day after day, I called and tried to get someone on the line. A week later, the sofa was delivered and I declined the order at the door. The next day I called customer service to confirm they cancelled my order and they said no. They also told me I was going to have to pay the delivery fee because I didn't cancel 3 days before delivery. When I explained that I had been calling all week to cancel I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the woman said she didn't have a supervisor. I then asked if she was refusing to let me talk to her supervisor and she hung up on me. 4 days later, the order still has not been cancelled, I have no sofa, and they have not refunded my credit card. Worst customer service ever.
