We placed an order at 5:59 pm on 3/8/24. It took 17 minutes for us to get our order. I was not the only one that was upset. There were people in the drive through coming in, and another customer that complained to the manager. No one seemed to care.
When the manager came by our table on the way to the bathroom she asked how was the food. My wife mentioned that her sandwich was suppose to have cheese and it did not. The manager responded with, why did you eat so much. Wow! We are not looking free food or a free cookie but just letting her know.
The sad part about this is this place used to be run extremely well a few years back. The manager would always push the team to get the orders out quick and the staff were very friendly. Now this is just another burger place with horrible service!
I don't like to complain but they can do so much better. Hire people who actually care. It can be done.
