I visited a Hardee's in Tallahassee Florida the store location number is 151-6190 I called the location the date was 8/26/20/23 at 11:54 a.m. I called the location because they forgot to put cheese on four of the chicken ranch wraps and we also found hair in one of the ranch wraps. I called and talked to the manager and she argued with me she put the girl on the phone that made them and she argued with me and told me the tenders were hot and they probably melted to the tenders the food was cold when I got it home and also we checked twice and there was no cheese on the wraps. I would rather not talk to this manager again and we usually go to this location at least two times a week. I will not be going back there. Do not bother having her call me because I will not talk to her. The only people I will talk to about this matter is someone from corporate. Desired outcome: Refund or a free meal for this order at a different location and for there to be actions toward the manager and the employee. The order was four chicken ranch wraps and a large fry.
Very disappointed with this Hardee's restaurant.
