BBVA - unauthorized opening of credit card and use.

There was a credit card opened in my name ending in account # [protected]
credit card ending in # 5879
I made a police report and called Compass Bank to complain. I also walk in the Compass Bank on Mariner Blvd Spring Hill FL 34608 to make the complain.
No one contacted me about this matter.
And now I am getting letters for debt collection.
Why couldn't this be resolved?
I can send you the documentation if necessary.
