I've been a winn dixie shopper at the eau gallie store for 6 years now. While there are many positives to my shopping there, the one consistant downside is obtaining help at the deli counter. Many times it is unstaffed, with the bakery department employees politely staring down so that you are unable to get their attention to let them know that you require assistance. To remedy the situation, i've started the shopping process by placing my husband with the deli counter list at the deli counter while I continue to shop. Many times I am ready to head for the checkout while he continues to wait for service. I'm ready to give up and join everyone else at the publix deli counter where I can order ahead or receive immediate attention.
