Good afternoon,
The LA Fitness at 1367 St Lucie West Blvd in Port St Lucie, FL has major issues. We arrive every morning around 6:15am. The head cleaning lady, Diana, is either sleeping in the women's bathroom or on the phone. She is no where to be seen. The facility is huge and the only person cleaning is an older gentleman, I think by the name of Robert. Part of the facility is never clean. To go into the bathroom and see her sleeping and or on the phone is ridiculous. It's been complained to the staff many times and not just by me. It's bad enough the gym keeps putting off the renovation, but the cleanliness and laziness has got to stop. If nothing comes of this, I will get the pictures from the other guests. You will be losing more customers, than what you have lost already.
Desired outcome: Get another person in there that does their job!

Seems like LA Fitness at Port St. Lucie has an alarming problem regarding their cleanliness and management. Rather, forward any and all such complaints of unclean facilities and Diana’s behavior straight to corporate. If the local lack of interest continues then turn to the higher authorities due to the effects it has on the clientele and retention of membership. If nothing changes, its time to shift that loyalty to a gym which actually takes care of its clients’ health and fitness. Don’t just sit back and let them be careless.
