I needed a new lower (full) denture to replace the one I broke. As the dental technician was unable to repair my broken denture, a new one was made which did not fit at all. Dr. S. Soleimani stated I would be given a full refund of the total charged to my Care Credit account amounting to $2, 428.00 as per Aspen Dental's stated guarantee. Mr. Robert Bastista of your office refuses to honor my refund request.
I want a written confirmation of this refund upon the return of the appliance to your Port Richey, Florida location simultaneously. As of today, they have not answered my attorney's letter.
Desired outcome: Full refund and notification in writing to both myself and Care Credit
Aspen Dental - Charged for interrupted service fee $550
I went to aspen for a root canal and temporary crown in sept 2019, after 3 attempts at making a permanent crown and the crown not fitting, then covid hit and i was not about to go back into a dentist office, aspen charged me a $550 interrupted service fee, which went on my credit report, for not coming back to there office in 2020. How is that legal to charge someone for not coming back to their dental office. Especially $550. Is this legal?
