Aspen Dental

After my first procedure i.e. xrays, consultation and dental plan I called to set up an appointment for my final procedure, I e, lower dental plate. Receptionist could not access my records because their system was down. That's basically the short story. I was transferred twice. I also had to have lab work done before hand, which was completed and they received a copy of my lab work as well as myself, Aspen couldn't find it and asked me to bring my copy in to their office! Seriously! why should I have to make a trip to bring my lab work to them.

I would not trust them to do any procedures in my mouth.

I now have to search for another dentist!
