Domino's Pizza - Big bug baked into pizza topping

I ordered a pizza on June 4th at night as a carryout and when we started eating the pizza we saw a big fly baked into the pizza topping. I called the store the next day (June 5th) and I asked for a refund for the pizza. The assistant manager said I would have to call back on Monday (called them on Saturday) to speak with the general manager for a refund. I think its very unprofessional behavior and poor workmanship at this store. I should be able to get a full refund without any delays, because finding a bug in the pizza is not my fault and I cannot eat a pizza with a visible bug on top.
