Regus - Never got deposit back from over 6 months ago!!!!
I have been requesting our return of the deposit after the regus office closed down only a few months after moving in! This has been over 6 months later and the office staff does not know why this has not been done nor whom I can contact as they are not receiving a response or answer as to why this has been held for so long! I have sent a request to THUY and NO RESPONSE FOR 6 months! The office staff keeps telling me they are not sure and there are laws to protect this ! This must be addressed!

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. At Regus, we fully understand the importance of receiving prompt payment of retainer refunds, therefore have made this process as smooth as possible for our valued customers.
Requesting your retainer refund is very easy: simply log into your online account (i.e. www.myregus.com) and go to End Agreement, where a specific section for refund request is available. We will then confirm your retainer refund date and amount in return.
I do apologize if you’ve experienced any delay; retainers are refunded within 30 days after your end date. It’s an automated process. However, we ask you to go through some security steps in the process and enter your bank account details, to prevent fraud.
We may have received incorrect data and I would like to investigate the situation for you.
