On Friday April 16 2021 I stop on Krystal restaurant on Curry Ford Road Orlando Florida to buy my breakfast inmediately I come inside restaurant I realized the cashier have his mask on his chin not covering his mouth and most important his nose I told him about it and he said sorry and use right way but at the same time and told him please do me a favor tell the lady is cooking please do not touch my food without gloves because she was using only one glove in her right hand but touching the food with both hands waooo that lady jumped on me with very very horrible attitude I try to talk to her but impossible and she told me dont tell me how can I do my job and if you dont like get out of here and go another resaurant also almost same time the cashier told me the same Leave this place inmediatelly like Im a criminal or some like that from the same day April 16, I sent a complaint to Krystal.com customer complaint and at this time April 22 I do not hear anything from Krystal company A lady name Marissa sent a text at my phone telling me put a complaint on Krystal web page I responded to her I did on friday april 16 in fact I sent 2 text to her 3 phone call and this lady Marissa never responded to me either. Im REQUESTING A DISTRIC MANAGER of this store call me inmediately I would like to see him in person in this store and show him/her who was the 2 employyes. and I hope this time someone contact me [protected] Victor M Hernandez City Of Orlando Recreation Staff
