I have purchased gold bars several times and then had these bars deducted from my account without giving me the extra time for my purchase. After payment it says game over and my items that I purchased are lost. I would like gold bars added to my account or a refund. Thank you.
I personally think this company should be sued and then shut down. They have been ripping people off from all around the world! I have never heard of anyone EVER getting a refund, but yet so many have paid for nothing!
I just bought 19.99 for more stuff and now the game won't reload turned my iPad off, and stiil doing it, if I can't play please refund I am at level 1491
Just curious...are you purchasing them through your mobile app or through the yeti shop on FB?
