My 12 year old son purchased a Jaws Flex Clamp GoPro and a Chesty from the retail Kiosk. Within minutes my elder son indicated that he paid way too much and that he should return the items. They immediately went back and were told that they do not make returns or exchange. They came to me as I was in a store close by and explained. I immediately went over to the kiosk and the guy there told me that it on the bill. I explained that he never indicated this prior to my son buying and he told me he didn't have to. He explained that in Florida is a valid law and that once its on the receipt he does not have to exchange or refund the item.
