LongHorn Steakhouse

On March 3rd 2019 I took my family out at the Ocala, Florida restaurant. I sent a complaint in to your company and in turn someone at you company sent me a $25 gift certificate via email. Somehow the email was misplaced and the note and gift card was lost. Is there anyway of checking for the email sent to me ? I never redeemed it for I have been laid up with medical problems.
