They have lost my prescriptions (somehow) for the past 3 months and i've had to call my doctor's office to get it fixed all three months. Today 10/16/20 I receive a text saying that I am out of refills. I called walgreens and spoke to the pharmacist, she told me that I had one refill let but I couldn't pick it up till monday. I explained to her that I was not trying to get it now and I know that it's a monday pick-up but why did I get this text (she didn't know) and hung up on me.
I called back and another associate answered so I ask was that the case with both of my prescriptions? He politely said yes. I ask him to tell the pharmacist that I was sorry for calling but I guess I misunderstood the text and was not trying to bother her. He politely said ok and I guess attempted to hang the phone up. Unfortunately the phone did not hang up and I heard him telling her I was sorry if I had bother her. I then heard her say, very rudely "she's bothered me for past several months, what's new?" this is not customer service or even professional service. If they had put it in the computer correctly the first time my doctor's wouldn't of had to call them twice and me 3 times.
They made the mistake but then speak rudely about their customers behind our backs. This happened at approximately 10:15 today
