SafeLink Wireless - Cell phone. Internet

SafeLink wireless without taking certain precautions for violating privacy and verifying information accurately to make sure I am the one using the account I mistakenly give my personal information to someone else and they were allowed to make changes to my account without my approval it's in a big problem over the past month especially because I've seen a lot of information on the device I originally had with the phone number set up with him and noticed unknown devices hooked to my hotspot or connected to my data services or cellular services and I can't make any changes to the settings applied it's been an ongoing loss I even bought a new device transferred services to the new device and I'm still having the same problems I think that I would qualify for an upgrade and special protection features added to mine account and I would really love to get the loss of information back I can't get into anything where I had all my records my financial records in my child's information I don't know what to do I think it's unfair that they won't go through the proper steps like policy

Desired outcome: I want an upgraded device with Identity theft protection featuresI would like the money back that was taken from my account by the thief online

SafeLink Wireless - Minutes not transferred to replacement phone. Where did they go and why?

From: Wayne Breither
Phone: [protected]
email: [protected]@aol.com

I have a life threatening medical condition. A collection was taken for me resulting in about 38, 000 air time minutes. When I recently activated my replacement phone, only 2000 minutes of air time were transferred. I suspect that the company stole the minutes because of their large number. They said no indication of a large accumulation of minutes existed and that I would have to subpoena them to get information.

Desired outcome: Resolution of the complaint via out of court settlement.
