Good day. I received a delivery from rooms to go on Wednesday 21st of August, 2019. The sleeper part of the sofa seemed to have a mishap in the set up. When the bed was pulled out the leg that the bed was supposed to be standing on would not touch the ground. Also there was a hole at the back.
The delivery people told me they made a report and that my couch would be replaced and I should expect a call on Thursday 22nd, but did not receive a call. When I called today I was told that a technician would have to come and see the couch.
I do not understand why a technician needs to come see the couch. I bought a new couch and this couch has a problem with the bed and also has a hole.
I would like it to be replaced.
