Regus - virtual office
I got a service suspension letter only 5 days after opening my account and committing to a 1 year contract. Therefore, my response was to ask business to cancel my account and issue refund of fees paid. I contacted them daily in writing between Sep 15 and Sep 18 and got no answer. I tried calling customer service with no luck of contacting a human being. I contacted the Wells Fargo center in Miami that 's servicing me and they said they could not handle this type of request. I'm left with a 1 year contract with a ghost company that is unreachable, and that I will not use because they are unreliable.
That clients accept to pay a lower fee for a long term contract and that makes it binding until the end is a weak argument.
Companies that sell deficient products or services they cannot provide eventually go down. Misrepresentation of capacity to provide a service is a tried case in court.
The fact that a client's account is suspended only 5 days after account opening is bad on its own, and a symptom of extremely high business risk I cannot accept from a service provider.
The fact that you are quicker to respond to public complaints and consistently ignore customer service contact attempts is a sign of neglect.
A company that remains alive only because an empty legal contract that might be correctly worded and not because of value of services offered should not be in business.

You signed a contract with us until September 30, 2020, so you could enjoy an interesting monthly fee. This is a business commitment.
We do offer flexibility to all our customers, but we have to know your plans in advance, as we base our business on signed commitments from our customers.
Also, please note that we bill your monthly fee in advance. We then bill for services in arrears and together, this makes up the charges you see on your monthly invoice. All your invoices are available in your online account (Accounts section). They are payable upon receipt but no later than the 18th of each month.
We can save you the hassle of checking dates and arranging payments, and this way avoiding late fees, by setting up an automated method of payment such as direct debit or credit card.
Transparency is key to us: you will have time to review your invoice and ask us for clarification if needed, before payment is automatically taken.
Setting up a direct debit or credit card payment is extremely easy: Please simply log into your online account, go to Accounts, then to the Payment method section.

NB: Did you know that you can check your agreement, meeting room bookings and other services through your online account? Simply go to our website and log into your account. From there you can also check payments and download your invoices, which helpfully include a summary of the net balance on your account.
