JCA Enterprises Group was not paid for the subcontract to do the flooring on this gym.
The General contractor has deliquilient taking the payments of this agreement to their pockets. JCA
Enterprises is preparing to filed suit to recover from LA Fitness International and close property anyway we
can. There are people that worked hard on this project that are owned their salaries, that Kellogg & Kimsey
kept illegally to their pockets. I'm sure LA Fitness and Kellogg & Kimsey doesn't care on how many people
they step on, but these 2 companies will regret the fact they ever ###ed with JCA Enterprises Group, Inc.
All the people involved are named; these two companies are dishonest and employed people that practice the
same philosophy. So, if you are a member of this club, please take a moment to think that the construction
workers of the floors of this gym didn't get a single dime of their salaries thanks to the practices of Kellogg &
Kimsey General Contractor, and LA Fitness International Owner. Now tell me, Do you like the floors in this
gym? It was free...for this two companies.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They are very protective about letting other LA Fitness club members not part of the signature club use this floor. Basically was told forget about thinking of coming here, you're not welcome.
