I worked for Family Dollar for approximately 4 months and had the worst experience with a District Manager. OnJanuary 10th I received a phone call from DM (Andrea) where she said " If you cannot do the [censored]ing job why don't you give your [censored]ing keys" I was stunned. I did not know what to do, so I gave my assistant the keys and walk outside and called HR. Now, I found out she terminated me as not rehired. Surprisingly, after 3 months nothing has been done. I have repeatedly left message to HR and no one has given any solution to this matter.
