I like many fail for MerchantOne's bait and switch tactics. The sales rep is going to send you an email just like this:

They will tell you to that is just a summary and all fee's are listed in the application. They do not tell you about the minimum sales level required each month. They say no PCI fee's, but fail to tell you of the controlscan stringent hosting requirements. The same day resoluti0on of funds was actually 48 hours. I spoke with 2 different representatives and they both were very familiar with their responses. I am fairly certain they spend much of their day defending these fee's and make no effort for any resolution. Their response is that you signed the application and I have it right here. I failed to do my due diligence before signing up. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY!
