I made an online reservation for my mom for mother's day to be delivered the day after mother's day
I called several times requesting a time. All they would tell me is that it will be delivered. At the end of the day no delivery occurred. When before I place my order online I chatted with a rep thru im. They told me that it would be a guarantee you can't get any better than that right or so I thiought. No call from these people stating that my mom's baskety would not be delivered. I am so upset to say the least. I want my money back. These people are not good business they have a good product but very poor customer service at least at that location which doesn't say much for the others
