Home Depot - replacement windows (5) of them

I should have known better then to chose a local Home Depot to replace my Windows. From the beginning, the order which was placed 04-19-2019, and the work finished and inspection completed 08-06-2019. The first problem started when the installers, inept as they were, said the windows were the wrong size, but they would be able to use fillers (foam spray to fill the gaps), on all 5 windows. I took photos which I can supply for proof. It appears the windows were not special made, but were just a stock windows. Second, when the original windows were being removed the installers pulled the home alarm wires out. The alarm could not be reset because the wires had been removed. This was not discovered until after they left my home.
I reported this mess to the store who put me in touch with the district Manager who turned out to be quite a smooth bull crapper. He showed up a few days later looked at the job and said he would get back to me . He sent over a cement contractor to apply plastic strips and cement around the new windows, thereby, reducing the original size of the windows. When I complained about the terrible job, he made an offer of $300 for our inconvenience. I feel it was to shut me up. It took some time but I did eventually receive the $300 credit.
I contacted Brevard Alarm to get an estimate to repair my alarm system. It was for $194.74. I submitted this estimate to the Manager who PROMISED to get the alarm credit for me in 2-3 weeks. When I did not hear from him, I called several times a week and was told he would get back to me. When he finally did get back to me, he had numerous excuses for his tardiness. He was injured in fishing accident, his father was ill, and once he stopped by on his way to pick up a friend at the airport, still promising to get the disabled alarm repaired, but we did not hear from him again.

Other problems occured because the insulation foam was sprayed on the screens and the screens had to be replaced. Also, three of the window locks had to be replaced. The repairs were finally made several weeks later.

I realized he stopped by on his was to the airport so that I would sign saying the work was completed. At that time he told us we would receive a $300 credit and the cost of replacing the alarm would be taken care of. All of the other mentioned repairs would also be taken care of. We did receive the $300 credit, necessary repairs were made but we still have not received payment for the alarm system which we had to pay out of pocket.
I repeatedly have called about this issue but no one has gotten back to me. Messages have been taken but no call back. I am very upset, as you can tell, because of the promise of receiving compensation for having to pay almost $200 to repair our alarm system which was damaged entirely by the contractors used by Home Depot, but we have not received a dime of this money.

I feel Home Depot took advantage of a SENIOR who trusted them and they screwed me. Lot of excuses from the whole gang at Home Depot. They seem to get the job, then screw the Public, which seems to be the case with ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS ON THESE PAGES. STAY AWAY FROM HOME DEPOT. They Lie and perform terrible work to boot. Five months of grief and lies.
Remember, I have the proof and I am still paying off the crappy windows. The managers name if you need to check, he answers to Jack Or Joe Keyser at [protected] .
