My name is Alberta H. Gilyard, I currently have car insurance with your company! My policy # JAJ-[protected]. On November 1, 2011, i was involved in a accident which was not my fault as of which the police report shows that it was not my fault. I called to report it in to the person that hit me Edward D'Mello insurance company which was Travelers insurance. I also called my insurance (which is you) and reported it. I found out on Friday Februrary 10th 2012, that Mr. D'Mello had made a claim against my insurance company which was not my fault because he backed into me! So i don't think my insurance company should of raised my car insurance an extra $439.00, I'm on a fixed income and disable, and as i stated Mr. D'Mello hit me i did not hit him!
