Steak 'n Shake

I placed an online order at 1:55, it told me it would be ready at 2:11. I got to the restaurant at 2:12 and they told me they never received an order. I left without food and they refused me a refund. They tried to explain to me that after 12am midnight they no longer accept online orders but I've ordered them before with no problem. She was very rude and worked very lethargic on my food and other food as well. I will be needing a refund going back on my card ending in 2385.
