Good Morning! Yes I am deeply concerned about my Lakeland store. Been working there since March and I am sorry to say that the management has no concern about her associates. when ask to change availability or work in stocking and or cashiering, what ever the task is she does not have the management concern for the individual. I have tried to be calm and patient at each time I have talked to her and she retaliates with screaming at me and keeps over talking when I express my feelings. There was associates in the office when we talked and they said not to be screaming this is not the way to resolve this matter. So she only gave me one day a week (4) hours and now I have no schedule to work. this is a consistent problem within this store every day. We are not being treated fairly. Do so pray that we may have happiness at our work place again. Thank you for your time and patience. Melanie is a good person, but not for management position. We love our stroe and our job. and the customers are not very happy either. Hope this matter will be finally resolved. Once again Thank you for your time.
